About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

We know Pablo Picasso from his works of art prominently displayed among the most prestigious museum collections worldwide. There have been efforts to explain the man in real life through film making and biographies. The stories outline a man with a complex personality capable of stirring a range of emotions.

In this one-man performance, Picasso is brilliantly incarnated through the British actor Peter Tate and thoughtfully directed by Guy Masterson. We hear from Picasso himself, revealed through his own defense of his undisputable actions towards others in his life. Picasso passionately defends his reputation and his relationships. It’s an explosive, voyage of self-revelation, leaving the audience as his jury… Should we condemn or forgive?

Used in this performance: Strong language, scenes of sexual nature, references to rape and suicide, strong bang (gun shot).

Kindly sponsored by Trevisan & Cuonzo Avvocati.

With the patronage of the British Chamber of Commerce.
